Ticket Response Inquiry

Ticket responses retrieved through this program are provided by participating utility owners and/or their authorized agents. Please note: Electronic Positive Response is a voluntary action for utility members, and not all utility members participate in the program. If a utility member does not post a response to your ticket through the electronic positive response program, the system will post a 999 code (Member has not provided 811 center with information to be displayed). It is your responsibility to confirm all field markings or information provided by each utility operator. The electronic positive response program and report lists the ways utility operators have responded to you, but you must always confirm that response (paint markings in the field, email confirmation, phone confirmation, etc.) before proceeding with your work.
